Is it possible to get all of my daily nutritional value in a single meal?

What is a certain small meal that would be loaded with enough nutrition to get me my necessary daily nutritional value? I'm asking this because i am hoping to lose more weight by eating one meal a day again (ive alredy lost 50lbs), but i also want to get enough nutrition so that i can reach my full potential height when I'm done growing. I've heard that i need to get as much nutrition as possible in order to reach my full potential height, but i want to be able to get that much nutrition while consuming as little food as possible. Any suggestions?
