Not eating or eating less than recommened isn't a healthy way to go about losing weight. Its actually been proven that eating 5-6 smaller meals everyday helps boost your metabolism and speed up and increase weight loss. Your body is like a top of the line car. If you put too much or not enough fuel in your tank your car isn't going to run at it's top performance. when you skip meals your body holds onto the food and stores it in your fat cells because it doesn't know when it's going to get food again. Eventually your body will start to feed off itself and slowly kill you. there's a lot of dangerous ideaa out there claiming "quick results" but they don't last. Losing weight is more about the number on the scale.. its about making sure you're healthy and your body is working well. good luck with your journey!

Go on cronometer. com and mess around with different food combinations. It a food calculator like fitnesspal. com but instead of focusing on calories, it focuses on nutritional content.

A balanced diet doesn't mean you can combine all the foods in one meal. Some foods should be eaten separately from certain other foods, and mixing them together is counter-productive.
It's not really a good idea to eat one meal for your daily nutrition. Especially if you're trying tolose weight. You should eat like 4-5 meals a day, and incorporate some exercise if you really want to lose weight.

Maybe a chicken salad with 6 vegetables added (make sure extra chicken is used)
Or a subway chicken sandwich with DOUBLE or triple the meat (pay extra for that)The human body was made to have more meals each day than just one. Having just one will throw things off in your body causing numerous medical problems.
That would be a big meal.
You would need protein, several different servings of fruits and veggies, whole grains, etc etc.
Its also not recommended to only eat once a day. Its best to eat several small meals a dayIf you run a big calorie deficit you will stunt your growth. Period.

Well, eggs are basically the most complete meal but you will starve eventually because you need a little bit or everything. That's not a good diet man.
