Oh man, your coworkers eating all that fast food constantly is definitely not good for their health long term. All that greasy, salty processed junk is gonna catch up to them if they don't slow down. Some of the problems they might deal with later on if they keep it up are:
- Heart disease - All that fried food, fatty meats, and super high sodium is bad for their cardiovascular system over time. Could lead to high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.
- Diabetes - With all those sugary/carby drinks and snacks, their blood sugar is on a rollercoaster. Puts them at way higher risk for type 2 diabetes down the road.
- Weight gain - It's tough to maintain a healthy weight when your diet is takeout all the time. Could end up packing on excess pounds.
- Stomach issues - Over time the preservatives and chemicals in a lot of fast food just aren't great for digestion. May deal with ulcers, acid reflux, IBS, etc.
- Cancer - Processed meats like bacon and high heat cooking create carcinogens that aren't good for long term health. Higher risks for things like colorectal cancer.
You're smart to pack your own lunches - it saves money and you know exactly what's going into your body. Those instant noodles all the time especially bad for kidneys with all the sodium. Hopefully some of your coworkers will realize eating healthier is better before it's too late! Their patients wouldn't want doctors eating like that lol.

Yes, fast food is loaded with fats and sodium and sugar and lots of calories. Having it once in a while is a treat. Having it every day is bad for you. It is expensive too. My boss eats fast food for lunch every day because he is too lazy to make a lunch. It is bout 15-20 bucks to get something from the two takeout places nearby. I tell him for 15 bucks I will bring him a nice home made lunch. He thinks I am kidding but I am not.

I know it is unhealthy. It isn't a matter of opinion.
Most people who work at hospital are pill poppers anyhow. The stuff they take probably will get the. Before what they eat anyways.
I don’t know I’ve eaten at McDonald’s and Burger King a lot and Taco Bell and I never had a heart attack
