Sometimes I do this all in one day depending on how sore I am. I've lost 60 lbs in the past year (I just started using weights in December) but I still can't seem to get rid of this stubborn belly fat! It's gone down a lot but it's really trying hard to cling on.
I eat a fairly healthy diet, wraps and salads and I don't count calories because it would turn into a disorder with me.
Should I just keep up what I'm doing or should I add anything else? I go to the gym about 5 times a week.
