What type of foods do you eat while having the runs?

it's ok, we have all had this problem.
yoghurt and banana are great for this. id recommend anything more 'mushy' or soft because they digest easier. soups, oranges, kiwi, grapes, porridge.. are all examples.
to prevent this in the future, so cliche but eat more greens and drink more water.

Thank you. I eat fairly healthy I don't think my diet caused it I think my body got a virus and is trying to expel it because I have a high fever along with it.

Dont be embarrassed. We are humans, aren't we? Lol and things like that happens when we least expected. I would eat Nature Valley blueberry breakfast bar, bananas, or sometimes a Clif energy bar.
Yoghurt, rice, some salty foods, such as pretzels, soup, and sports drinks. Eat some high potassium foods, such as bananas, potatoes without the skin, and fruit juices.
I find dry crackers and cheese stick around longer, but that one's very likely to vary from person to person...

None. If you keep drinking lots of water in between a meal... Your digestion of food will be fucked up.
Lol really nothing I just drink water and go to bed like just about everything else I am cured of it within a few hours to a day.
Stay away from taco bell.
I don't eat junk food so that won't be a problem.

That would be massive malnourishment though and would slow your immune system response
Thats for like 3 hours because if you eat your going to crap out water again right away so whats the point wait it out
