To start with it, what's PCOS? For breakfast its usually a heavy one. On some days, I'd take cereal with milk, fruits, salad & a bun; on some days I'd have scrambled eggs, bacon, hot dogs, bread and baked beans. It usually depends on what time I wake up and if I have enough time to prepare bfast & get ready for school. For lunch I'd usually cook brown rice alongside with a few other simple dishes. I'd have fruits/salad to go with it after lunch. Some days I'd cook pasta/spaghetti instead of rice&dishes. In by the way lunch & dinner if I'm hungry I'll munch on biscuits/fruits. For dinners its always a light one. I don't eat much if I'm having my dinner after 7pm. Its always a small bowl of brown rice (lesser than what I had for lunch) and a few dishes. On certain days I'd cook soup noodles, baked pasta or a simple fish & chips.
