Medical Students out there I need help please. Is it normal for someone to pass out after eating food?

Anonymous
I ate a big meal in the early day and I was fine. I worked out a little bit it wasn't super high intensity at all it was just water aerobics. Later I got home took a shower and didn't feel weird at all. Afterwards I went out to get some dinner and less than 45 mins after I showed symptoms of feeling faint. I didn't feel faint until after using the restroom and managed to get back to seat. A few minutes later I felt like I was going to vomit tried to go back to the restroom that was close than I just remember people around me while I was laying on the floor and two people were my close friends. They told me I blacked out and were checking if I was okay. It was the most scary thing ever.

My family has a history of Gallbladder disease and Kidney stones. I still have my Gallbladder and Appendix as well. I am just curious what caused my body to do this to me? Please nobody give me lectures about seeing a medical professional because I am going to try to get an appointment today.

My doctor thinks it is possibly my gallbladder. They did CBC and I got an ultrasound.
