I prefer to sleep from 11am to 7am. I am awake or asleep at any time potentially, no real structure to it.
Having a sleep schedule to me is like balancing a triangle upside down, ya might get it there but it's gonna take a lot of effort to keep it there.

Depends on how bad my insomnia is. Sometimes I can go to sleep around 10:30 or midnight and some nights, I'm simply up all night.
Between midnight and 4 am.
I'm trying to train myself to sleep later and wake up earlier and do my normal daily routine. That way I'll be set for when school starts.
If I'm working I turn in around 9.00 pm. Then again I'm usually up before 5.00 am.

Later than 11:30 PM and I'm feeling like a sand bag the next day :-(depends on if I have to work the next day. On work nights, usually 10 pm.

basically it might range from 12 AM to 6 AMIf I have school I go to sleep at 11 or 12 and if I don't have school I go to sleep at 2 or 3 usually
