boyfriend won't let me sleep and I'm ready to kill him?

Question

I go to sleep much early than my boyfriend because I get up early for work. I usually go to bed around 11 but he stays up until 2/3.

whenever I'm in bed, either about to fall asleep or already asleep, he always wants to chat about nothing or show me stupid YouTube videos or whatever. And I am so frustrated by this because he's keeping me up every night until 2/3. Then I have to wake up at 6 to ready for work while he sleeps in until noon.

we do live together and I don't know what to do. How can I get him to be mkre considerate? I tried talking to him. I tried explaining politely and nicely to leave me alone because I want to sleep. And then when I have to ask him to stop for the 10th time, I lose my temper.

I am so sleep deprived and I don't know what to do or say. I mean I'm not wrong right? We spend every minute together when I'm home from work to when I'm in bed so he gets plenty of attention.

Please please advice bfore i murder him to get sleep. Thanks!

Sit him down look him in the eye and tell him that your sick and tired of him waking you up, that you have to be up at 6 in the morning and he is preventing you from getting any sleep. You tell him that and if he tries to argue or attempts to wake you up cuss him out, scream at him tell him how much of a piece of shit he is for not letting you sleep tell him that if he does it again you will break up with him because you cannot be with some one who would try and hurt you by not letting you sleep, he is a piece of shit for not being considerate etc etc. And if he tries to continue break up with him he is a fucking idiot who can't think about others clearly.

Give him a choice: either he can support both of you financially so that you can adjust your sleeping schedule to match his so that you're already wide awake when he has his giddy chat urges in the wee hours of the morning... or that he let you sleep. Get ear plus and a sleeping mask to cover you eyes and give him a rule: when you're wearing both of those things at the same time, he cannot wake you unless the building is on fire or a loved one has entered a hospital or died.

If you want to be straightforward say "Okay darl, I know you want to show me memes and facebook vids but I have work, and I don't want to wake up cranky. I need my sleep, so let's do this in the morning."
If you want to be subtle, cuddle him and make sure he doesn't have his devices on him. If he wants to talk, shush him or kiss him to shut him up.

Wake him up when you get up for work, give him a list of chores to keep him busy to make sure he won't get back to sleep until you're able to sleep as well. If he tries to skip it and sleep anyway, just lock the door, pop in some earplugs and leave him to his videos.
