IF you're looking for serious answers... As the things you've listed are fun/can be productive but don't actually increase ones testosterone levels.
Heavy compound lifting (multi-joint exercise) #1 would include squatting. A good diet with lots of healthy fats and animal protein.
How would any of those things raise hormone levels? None of them have any effect on neurotransmission.
