I work in a bakery where it's crazy hot all day, and my apartment is also crazy hot all night. It's ok I'm used to it, but recently the temperature dropped to below 70 and now I'm freezing! I have to wear a hoodie and a leather jacket, and leggings under jeans just to feel normal. What should I do?
Naw your body is just used to extreme heat. So now if it becomes any cooler your body isn't used to it now.
Though make sure your body doesn't cool off to fast. That could cause damage and even kill a person. Though I doubt you would end up in a situation like that.

If your body is cold, with chills you could be overheated
your body might be trying to cool itself down really hard say
but drink plenty of liquids , you could also have heat exhaustion

What's bad with being dressed in warm layers?
