Has anybody ever tried reiki on themselves?

I've been trying to make myself grow new brain cells through meditation. I don't know if it works but I took the same I. Q. test this year that I took 2 years ago and my score was 20+ higher this year from 115 - 142 on my second try. Maybe the meditation actually works?

Unfortunately meditation does not improve ones intelligence
it merely let's you find yourself, and helps you relax. ^.^

Reiki isn't meditation either, it's more akin to "chi" if you're familiar with that
like transfering life's energy from one area to another to increase the effect of ones natural healing abilities.

I used to work as a masseur a long time ago
reiki was part of what we dealt with.

Also, remember if taking an I. Q test, to make sure
it's an official regarded one.. like from doctors and such.
