Water is good for you, but you can't live on it. On one hand, it's good because there's nothing in it, and on the other hand it's bad because there's nothing in it. You're not getting any nutrition from water - and too much is bad for you anyway. Just don't do it.

Probably because water doesn't have taste like juice does. Also water doesn't have the nutrients that your body needs and doesn't give you any energy. It's calorie free too.
Fasting needs to be done properly and not crashing. To get to a water fast you would have to ween yourself off of food slowly getting down to none. Juice is a easier transition, and healthy, you can detox great on juice no need for a water fast.
Why are you fasting at all? The fact that you're getting dizzy tells me you're going about it the wrong way. You need to be talking to a qualified physician instead.

Its because there are calories in juice but none in water. That is my theory anyway. Why are you fasting?
juice has nutrition and vitamins. water has nothing. so when you have juice ur still gettting stuff ur body needs. water is just empty.
