Girls, Do you get wigged out when checking your breasts for cancer?

I had a nightmare that I was dying of breast cancer. I woke up freaking out. It really messed with me. Now I'm paranoid. My breasts are all bumpy inside. It gets under my skin trying to check. It feels weird and I can't tell what's normal and what's not.

There is information online that can be helpful when doing a self breast exam. I definitely worry about it, my aunt died of a cancer that started in her breasts. But keep in mind, breasts ARE bumpy. And the bumps change based on where you are in your cycle too. If you are really worried go to a doctor. :-)

No i don't but I have a family history of breast cancer.

Nah I am cool about it. my grandma on my dad side die of it when she turn 30. My grandma from my mom side died of a heart attack. I am at risk for a heart attack and breast cancer and I am overweight. So... we will see. If i ever am to get cancer It won't bother me much i gone through worse or thats what I believe.
