Age= 13 Height=160cm. Weight= about 46kg. I have not been diagnosed with diabetes by the way. My stomach and butt are fat but my arms aren't. My brother (is 15) and i are almost the same. He has a fat stomach and butt but he doesn't weigh that much. The only difference is that my arms are skinnier. We look kinda normal from the outside but in the inside (like naked) our butts and stomach are fat. Im not having a healthy lifestyle, i eat what i want (more sugary stuff) and dont move that much. My brother has almost the same lifestyle lol.. Could i have some kind of a problem or is this genetic (like the way fat stores in my stomach and butt) ? Is it even normal to be slighty underweight when im mostly fat? By the way im not that strong, i can do a few push-ups or pull-ups, i have noticed that i have gotten somewhat strong this year. Last year i could barely do one pull-up..

I am not sleeping well not am i drinking water enough. The "fat stomach" part isn't that accurate, so.. It isn't actually that fat. I can grab the fat, but i think the problem is my posture. Butt is pointing out and the stomach is kinda flat but because of my posture it looks fat.

I'd say so, sounds like you're at serious risk of diabetes later on if you carry on the way you are. You guys both need to start eating better (more meat, veg, less sugar) and doing some exercise. When I was your age I was doing hundreds of push ups, pull ups, squats, sit ups and planking every day, as well as boxing and muay Thai.

Having skinny arms and legs with a round midsection is very dangerous. It means that you have a layer of fat around your organs. If you don't correct your lifestyle, you will probably have a major heart attack before you're 30.
