Lol usually I get 6-7hrs.. But I need 8hrs max.. If you are sleeping for 11hrs. You need to see a physician of doctor.. It's not normal
People don't realize but they often suffer from dormant disease.. That increase your healing time hence.. You need more sleep.. Because 7-8hr us max time an adult needs sleep..11.5 hours? seriously that's unreal... you should look up if that much sleep is healthy. there is a such a thing as too much sleep

Depends on what shift I am on. I do rotating shifts. I get probably 6 or 7 hours of sleep on days, and on afternoons usually 8 or more.
