Should I be careful with my exercise or stop for a while?

Ok I'm 5'3 and a half in height. Recently I've been going through a break up and stopped eating as much but continued with my normal workout routine. I weighed myself this morning and I'm 7 stone 5 pounds. The lowest I've ever been! I haven't exercised for 3 days now, should I stop for a while or just not do as much as before?
My mum is really concerned about my health. I don't know what to do, I love exercising, it's my passion but I don't wanna kill myself with it! I'm currently ill with a flu bug thing which is why I haven't been doing it but I wanna get back to it soon. Any advice?
