Also so is there anything like a fat burner? Lol. Something to help me burn fat faster.
I I just really want to see results quicker. I'm not really over weight. But I really want to tone up and work on my abs and butt lol.
What should I be taking?
There are some liquid egg white proteins available for right after your workout. They are the best. They're natural and the most bioavailable.
In terms of supplements, just don't. Your kidneys and your liver are going to be responsible for you losing weight. If you're too busy trying to create a variety of substances to break down a variety of crap you're injesting, they're not going to have enough resources (nor be very efficient) at doing what you want them to be doing.
If you can't pronounce something in what you're eating, then don't put it into your body. Keep it simple. Keep your liver and kidneys happy. Keep them relaxed, and they'll keep you fit.
There are no shortcuts. "The longest road is the quickest way home." (Mark Twain). If it were easy and quick, a fit and thin body wouldn't be attractive. You have to be persistent, dedicated, focused, and have to concede that there are no short cuts. Once you do that, it's slow, steady, but progressively easier and more fun.
Protein powder definitely can be helpful, given it isn't a shitty brand (If you buy it from Walmart or Target, it's most likely shitty). However, any person in fitness will encourage you to focus on wholesome, clean foods for your nutrients.
There are some fat burners but I don't even like to bring them up because they are so unnecessary for most people, but it's all about diet. Diet is EVERYTHING. Self-educate yourself (for example did you know that orange juice and pancakes are pure shit?)
Lift heavy to tone, you won't get muscly.
Don't take a fat burner, if they worked well, everyone would use them. Unless you want huge gains or have a shit diet you don't need a protein shake, bar, or whatever. Just work out and see results
If you want, its not NEEDED, however I have noticed I get more nutrition out of it, and helps my muscles heal.

You want to get most of your protein from clean foods like vegetables and primarily meat, take supplements if you aren't getting and meeting your daily requirements or if you need to have protein in your system right after working out.
Also taking protein won't give you results quickly all it will do is give your body the fuel it needs to repair the damage from working out.
Nothing, it may take longer but taking anything else is unnatural and kinda in a way fake.
