Yes, but 30 mins would be better and of course it depends on the level of difficulty you're using on the treadmill. There's a certain time frame (I forget exactly what) that you start to burn fat. At the begining you are just burning calories/energy and not fat, it takes a while before you start to actually burn fat. I used to use a treadmill, just normal walking spead (a brisk walk when I was up to it) and I'd do it for at least 30 min. If I felt good and had time, 45mins, but at least 30min. 15 will help you but you probably won't see a huge difference physically. You'll start to feel better after a while though :)

comes down to the intensity of the workout, and what you eat to compensate for it. If you are just walking on it say 3 or 4 miles per hour or so then you eat a bagel to reward yourself it won't help. On the other hand you push at say 10 miles per hour and just drink water, then it will absolutely help. It all comes down to calories in vs calories out.
Maybe it's toning you need to look into. I'm 5'6 (167cm) and the lowest weight I can be for my height it 56kg (according to weight watchers), any less is unhealthy. So I suggest you look into it. Not worth making yourself sick over it. Don't compare yourself to others. Look after yourself. Good luck.
Do u even have fat to lose? lol I weight more than that and Im 5'3" self esteem ruined haha
Anyways, let's say u have a tummy, the treadmill might help but I think weights are more effective (and fun haha) , using weights will tone up ur body and give u some muscle definition

If your proper running its a good fat burner and gets you fit quick. Dont jog though, its major bad for your health. The bouncing action wears joints and loosens ligaments like the heart ligament. Can cause heart attacks. I used to box. My trainer was right against it. Use a cross trainer or a bike for burning fat. Less stress on the body. Skipping is good as well or full on running at pace. Raise the knees high and pump the arms.
Not enough. I read somewhere, and even the app on my phone tells me that when I go for my 6km run in the morning I'm only burning about 400 calories so imagine what 15 minutes is doing. You'll lose weight if you're burning more calories than you are consuming. Now don't take this out of proportion... eat right, and train hard and your body will blossom.
Do planks, leg raises, go on bodybuilding. com and check out workouts, don't eat much fast food especially fries they are loaded in fat. Reduce your snack sizes
It might help a little in the beginning, especially if you run as fast as you can during those 15 minutes. But 15 minutes of light jogging (for example) won't really change much.
Yep
15 minutes on treadmill is good
Will help you for sure
Do other exercise like squats if you've stamina after jogging !Your weight is healthy you don't need to lose any weight. You need to tone up if you're going for beach body look not lose weight.
You wouln't burn many calories through exercise not 15 min anyway. Instead you need eat healthier, balanced diet. Why do yoh want to lose weight? 125lbs @ 5 foot 7 is barely in the healthy range.
Yes it will, but you are not overweight for your height.
Better than nothing, although the 30 min minimum of cardio a day is what is recommended, I believe.
But 15 min is not a workout in my opinion. You should do more.umm no, you need 30 minutes or more. you need to get your heart rate to beat really fast in order to burn fat. fifteen minutes won't cut it.
15 minutes?
media.giphy.com/media/OvL3qHSMO6uaI/giphy.gifYou don't need to lose weight, as you're already underweight.
That's not long enough at all to really make any noticeable changes. But it's better than nothing
It's better than nothing, but unless you are sprinting for some of it, it's not that much.
If you sprint
Its all about diet too. Don't forget thatyes it will help, but you gotta keep your diet healthy too
If you run like a mafucka it might do!
Of course...
