I didn't think about the weight loss I just changed my mental state and how i ate. which was small caloric meals frequently throughout the day.
People saw the weight loss way before I did even then it took me a while to see my actual reflection not what my brain told me i looked like.

Don't focuss on weigth, but on muscle/fat ratio. Your waist is smaller, so you lost fat, but probably you got extra muscle on your legs and that makes that your pant size is the same. And muscle is heavier than fat, so its normazl you don't see a real weight change
I felt discouraged but reminded myself how better i will look after the weight comes off of me. I reached many plateaus with my weight and didn't lose any for while. So never give up just think positive.
I'm currently trying to loose some weight and I just jam out to music. Plus the feel good hormones (endorphins) go on overdrive after a spin session (usually 75-90 minutes).

What are you doing and eating that you're not losing weight?
When I discouraged? I go to the gym to fight off my anger and negative shit that comes into my life.
