How do I make my head proportional to my body?

I'm 17 and for some reason my head is bigger than my body. I'm a skinny dude (but I am sort of muscular because I work out a lot) and I want to show my muscles, but everytime I look at a photo of myself with my shirt off my head looks huge and my body looks tiny, which makes me look like I have smaller muscles than I really do. How do I fix this?

It's probably more to do with the photos, are you leaning inwards in photos? That will definitely do it. Make sure you're standing straight, with your head up, not leaning inwards. Also look at your hairstyle, see if that has anything to do with it. And other than, becoming more muscular is the only other thing you can do.
