Those are Keloids, and they intact are not so easy to get rid of. In fact you can't get rid of stretch marks, the same way you can't get rid of scars. Try eating avocado, and plenty of vitamin E. That's what you need to do. And if you can some Vitamin E capsules, you can break it in half and use the oils to rub on the keloids. The main thing is keeping your body enriched and nourished. As we get older we tend to lose everything that we need little by little, compared to when we were children and get less to no bruises. Hopes this helps. :)

Coconut oil ( find at grocery store or hair store) or coco butter (Should be at any pharmacy) just apply 2-3 times a day until they fade away.
Stretch marks don't just go away, but the pink coloration will fade and it'll be a lot less noticeable. The key is to prevent more if it's something you're worried about by watching your calories. A caloric surplus causes weight gain... weight gain causes stretch marks.
Lasers apparently help. It happens when you gain weight too quickly and your skin growth can't keep up.

According to stuff online and words from real people... red ones mean they are fresh (fairly new stretch marks)... as they get older they will turn lighter in color... whitish...
There is no way to get rid of stretch marks... so don't waste money on creams that promise lies... the only possible way to remove them would be through surgery, removing that specific batch of skin.
Keep your skin hydrated and avoid gaining and losing weight too rapidly to avoid any future stretch marks... they will stay with you forever..Hey, some of mine look like that too! I was so happy when I was preggie that I didn't get any stretch marks, then after birth, when I could finally see the underside of my stomach for the first time in months, I realised it was covered with them :) Husband said he'd never noticed...
It's red because it's new, so you might still be able to make it go away but get only creams from a dermatologist. After a while it will turn white and won't be noticeable. To avoid stretch marks, hydrate your body
Drink lots of water to stay hydrated and moisturize your skin daily to avoid future stretch marks. Lots of people suggest bio oil but I haven't tried it yet. I've been using coconut oil and vitamin e it really works.
Because thats what stretch marks look like. There's no product to really get rid of them. Just be good to your skin. Stay hydrated and moisturize.
You can try vitamin e oil. Its good for repairing skin as it stimulates collagen productionOhemg
