I have all this pent up anger and just negative emotion that I NEED to get out. I use to play soccer and that was good because I'd hit people and they hit me back, hard. Then I did Brazilian jiu jitsu. But now I just go to the gym and it's great I suppose but I want to be able to hit something and fight I guess. I'd LOVE to box or at least go and punch at the bag but I don't want to look like an idiot just hitting away at the bag not knowing what I'm doing. Any other suggestions to get out this frustration
I seem to take it out on the wrong people, or do other things. Go workout, that should help for you
