ADHD medications like Stimulants/Amphetamines. Is there nothing else?

So i've been suffering from really bad ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) my whole life,
I am currently 28 years old living in Sweden. I was told it usually goes away when you become an adult. But it didn't and have tried every medication between heaven and earth, you name it

(Methamphetamine as Desoxyn) (Dextroamphetamine like Dexedrine, Metamina, Attentin) (Methylphenidate Ritalin and Concerta) Adderall etc.


I'm Curently using Lisdexamfetamin Vyvanse because that's the one i receive the least side effects from. But there's still a lot of side effects I can't live like this. So if anyone has been through hell like me or has any experience about the subject than please share it with me?

I take 70 + 30 mg every morning and 50 mg at around dinner

Well there is something else you can do that has worked for me. By waking up early to exercise, I have found that I have better control over my excess energy and I can concentrate for longer hours. However I don't think my ADHD is as bad as yours since I only need 30mg a day, so it might not work for you.

I don't know what the laws are over there, but marijuana is legal where I am and it helps my ADHD more than any of the pills they've prescribed me
