I'm really unfit at the moment so I couldn't do many but I've also been really fit in my life so I could have probably done a bunch then XD.
In volleyball training we did something similar once it was hell. It didn't involve pushups but you had to sit down on the floor then get up and jump as high as you could then sit back down again and get up and jump again etc. As fast as you could for like a certain amount of time 90 seconds or so. It doesn't sound that hard but jesus it was crazy :P Just getting up jumping sitting down again it's so strenuous. If you get up once it doesn't sem like a big deal but when you do it over and over again you notice it. you're lifting your whole weight off the ground and usually getting up is abit clumsy too because you have to like get your legs under you and balance etc. So it really exhausts you quickly :P This is probably hard too :) I have a lot of other stuff to do atm but once I improve at organising my life I'll include more exercise in my days ! And I'll be fit again ! :)

Are we talking about the pushup burpee or the non-pushup burpee? The pushup burpees, where it has a full pushup on the ground, really suck, but non-pushup burpees aren't that bad. I don't know which is the "official" burpee though. It also depends if you are doing it in a time frame / rushing them or doing them casually.
I did them a bit in cross country/track, but it was mainly just like "do as many as you can in two minutes" or "do burpees for 30 seconds, run a lap around track, repeat" and stuff like that. I don't think we ever had a max burpee count. I never did it myself because I like many other exercises better than burpees haha
i can do 50 since i used to tried Freeletic, it's supper effective and amazing, but most likely to give you a heart attack so i wouldn't reccomend that if you have heart disease.
Like six and after that I feel like dying.

Never really found out my limit if I was exclusively doing burpees. The most I've ever done in a row was 143, that was part of squad training a few weeks ago though and we did that in 5 sets, paired up with other exercises broken into the "superset" we were doing. After doing that we went for 1km on the indoor rower, 1 minute planks (left, right and both arms each) and cycled into some weight lifting exercises, leading back to burpees.

I did a Spartan Race challenge about 2 months ago...1-kilometre burpee challenge... stupidest thing I've ever done fitness-wise. It was done on the beach, soft sand... I started off rationalising that if I can leap forward 1.5-metres, I could probably achieve the kilometre in just under 700 burpees. Nah, because the soft sand gives way when you go to leap forward. I ended up doing close to 900 and it took me 2-hrs... so exhausted after that! Sore for five days!
I dunno girl, I do as many as my instructor tells me to do at a given time. Which is usually 20. I don't feel like doing more...
He makes us do 60+ Japanese (jumping) squats in a row. Is that impressive?A numerical amount isn't what I go by with these. I go by time and speed. So If I do them really fast to where I'm literally trowing my self up into a standing position from the pushup position... maybe 2 min. before a 1 min break for 12 sets.

During my pre-apprenticeship when we had to do pe we every Friday we we had to do 5 minutes of it. I don't think it would be 34 by 5 minutes. I don't know..
I've only ever done 15 but was required to run to either end of a parking lot in between each... that sucked
