Is it good or bad for me to be losing 1-2 lbs in ONE DAY?

be honest guys and girls...i've been losing a 1-2lbs a day and I'm not sure if I should be happy or not...

I've heard people saying losing 2 lbs a week is good, but I've been losing that amount everyday.

I'm happy of course...losing weight is always good news to me...

Since I don't exercise and I've been eating only 200 calories less than what I usually do...is losing 1-2 lbs a day normal to you?
