you just need to go to name brand store but only when they have their sales. I'm not talking about the 30% off NEW items bullsh*t, I mean markdowns, with a liquidation sticker on them. I've found seeral pairs of express jeans ranging from $10-$20 that were originally $80-$100+ just by going when the sale is good.
several other stores will have similar sales, it's just a matter of hitting the sales when they are good.
the other thing you can do is look up coupons online, like for jcpenny's - they usually have one that's like $10 off a purchase and you can use that to buy some jeans originally priced at $20-$25 which would make them an excellent price.
I know what your mean, I've pretty much lived on leggings and the fake denim leggings but there are jeans out there that have super stretch( all over ;) lol) but those can be hard to find sometimes. I guess just stick to jeggings like I am until you find those super stretch denims lol

Levis curve ID jeans they are a bit expensive like about 100 US dollars but they are worth it because they fit really well.
I'm a 36-28-40. Most people would say I have a big butt lol so I'm going to answer your question.
OMG Pacsun is amazing! I just bought some jeans from there a few days ago. They have every thing from skiinny keans to bell bottoms and they have them in short, regular and tall depending on your height.
What I love about their jeans is that they stretch and they make your butt look so nice and round lol
pacsun as jeans thaty a sterchy aand fit my big butt, alsoold navy sometimes has good jeans although they are very inconsistent
