I workout a lot.
Eating is always easy, but choosing what to eat is hard, specially if you got the sweet tooth. Working out can be a pain if you don't like it, but its always best to workout during the day or before night fall. Working out in the morning your muscles are just waking up and getting all your motion back so you are prone to injure if you work hard in the morning.
Just watch the quantity you eat. If its healthy then you can eat a lot of it if its low carb, if its high carb, have small portions throughout the day while working out.
I've had effective ways of doing this.

I tried Insanity but didn't have the coordination to be able to do the moves safely without losing my footing and falling and hurting myself. The fast footwork required is just not within my capabilities.
I'm doing jump rope for cardio and suspension training (a form of calisthenics) for resistance training. And this is not a summer thing. It is a lifestyle. I will never understand the mentality of people who think that exercise and eating healthy is something you should only do in preparation for the summer.
I've been working out lately on various machines in the gym/ I'm planning on starting a boot camp or a body pump class. Plus I always do some basic things like sit ups, weights, and my own versions of cardio (pretty much means dancing around like an idiot when no one's watching ;D)
My diet lately is that I eat salad at least once a day, Greek yogurt, protein bars, fruit, and my cheat is sunny d (I know it's dumb but it makes me feel better). I'm not fat but I've been at this for maybe a week and a half so far and I lost 6.4 lbs. My goal is for my thighs to not touch at all at the top XD
I am a gymnast and a track athlete, so I go to gymnastics 5 times a week and track twice, I also run and condition by myself on the weekends! As for eating I have a throat infection and can't eat anything except for drink water and eat ice cream. Sooo, as of right now my diet is all jacked up! But usually I eat vegetables and fruit and I am a vegetarian so that makes eating and a healthy diet a ton easier!

My usual workout is a 2-3 mile run 5 times a week with core workouts and a little bit of weight lifting afterwords. Lately I've been swimming about 1 kilometer a day in lieu of running and lifting. I'm already pretty trim and muscular so I just want to tone up a bit.
I don't really put much thought into what I eat. I just try to avoid overdoing it.I stay healthy year-round. Why wait for summer to do something healthy? That's stupid and ridiculous. If you were really interested in being healthy, you would start right now. There is nothing holding you back.
Yo-yo dieting is probably the worst habit to get into.I've been trying to do about an hour of brisk walking or playing DDR (yeah, nerd, I know) a day and limit my soda intake. That being said, it's finals time, so I don't always have time for it. Starting this week, though, I'm definitely starting swimming.
i do some upside down sit-ups, the ones where you hang by your knees and pull your chest up to your knees.
i do some slanted push-ups, with my feet at a higher point to add weight.
i curl until I can curl no more.
i stretch and I shadow box.
i also run up the stairs any time I have to go up.From the looks of your picture (if that's you) then your don't need to worry about how you look cause your a cutie. But if your just training for something try running every day, pushups, situps, jump rope. Anything to get your heart pumping.
I'm lifting 200 to 250 forkloads of food to my mouth daily, and napping as needed.
I am going to lift weights. Ice cold 12 ounce weights! mmmmmmmm
I challenge girls to run long distance races. It keeps me in shape and also sharpens myy flirtation skills.
