Is it OK to eat bad stuff (ice cream, pizza) if I stay within my dietary restrictions?

i use this site called livestrong.com. it has this thing called my plate where you type in what you ate and it keeps track of your calories, fat grams, sodium, sugar, etc you eat each day.

it asks you questions about your height, weight, lifestyle, and nutrition goals and keeps track of how much of each thing you should eat all day. it's your job to make sure you don't eat too many calories, too much fat, etc.

as long as I stay within the range it gave me every day, would it be bad of me to eat some of those foods every once in awhile?

ps I want to maintain my weight but lose a little fat and tone up.
