I am told my ideal weight is 80 kg .
How can I increase my weight ? Is it possible to do that ? If yes, how long would it take ?
I went to gym though it made me loose 3 kg , so I stopped it .
Can you help me with that ?

I am thin too and that is the only way I ever gained weight. Once I went off, I lost weight. Then I got sick a few times (which happens often) and lost more.
You'd have to gorge yourself on carbs, sugars, and fats, and become sedentary.
However, I already do that (minus the fats), and nothing ever changes.
The gym made you lose weight because you were probably not doing the right exercises/machines. Even if you weight life, you are likely not predisposed to have muscle mass, so there wouldn't be much change.
Idk why everyone is insisting you eat meat. You can get protein from other sources. Protein shakes are shizzit, don't drink them unless they are natural. And not that fake-natural crap. Bolthouse farms has a new line of protein drinks. Yummy, natural, and safe. But don't forget to balance your diet.
For some of us, we just can't control it or change it, I guess. I don't really eat meat either. We all gain weight with age though, typically.

Working out - to gain muscle texture makes your body weight go up. Maybe you should try this.
(get a personal adviser/trainer, he/she'll tell you what you should do).
Increase your daily calorie intake.
I tried a personal trainer too , he didn't do anything significant too.

going to gym helps .
First step one , put on some fat before going to the gym . means your muscle will look better if you have bit of fat over them.
DO NOT HAVE HEAVY LUNCH OR DINNER
space your meals into a short intervals 2 hours I would suggest. eats little good food a lot of times a day. have curds daily .
starts with lesser weights intially and go into higher ones. when you work out EAT EGGS. proteins are required to build up your body . IF You DONT EAT PROTIENS AND You WORK OUT YOU TENdS TO LOOSE WEIGHT". when you work out eat lot of bananna's.
when you work out , have a trainer with you...u need to lift weight the right way .

Get back to the gym. You need to do weight training. Heavy weight low reps. For chest do
dumbell press 3x6 use a weight that is heavy for you. Use a spotter.
Incline dumbell press 3x6
Hit the peck deck or peck fly 3x10.
Also do legs. Legs can pack on the weight and release testorone into the rest of your body.
squats 4x8. Use smith machine for safety.
Leg press machine 4x8
You have to keep at the workout. Its not going to happen in one week. Work out these muscle groups every 3 days because you are begining. You should see farly qucik gains. Eat a lot. Carbs and protien. Eat everything. Stuff yourself right before bed. When you go to bed you should be so full that you can move.

You are unhealthly skinny because YOU don't eat the necessary nutrition that is essential to a human being. If your going to fight your genetic necessities then you are going to lose.
You lost weight because your body could not physically repair and rebuild the muscle tissue that you had just broken down. Therefore you went into recession instead of progression.
I am vegetarian, honestly ( I don't even eggs )

Its much harder to pack on muscle as a vegetarian. You say you don't eat eggs either? Milk? Please let us know what your dietary restrictions are.
Ultimately, you need to lift heavy weights (for you) and eat more calories then you consume with lots of protein.
More detail then 'vegetarian'. Where I live, that means no animal flesh, does not mean no eggs or milk.
Vegetarian for me - No meat and no eggs .
I do drink milk everyday .. 300 ml - 500 ml . ( sometimes I drink more )
Eat everything you ever can! If you have a choice - to eat or not to eat - EAT!
Whatever it is - meat, junk food, chocolate, hamburgers!
And workout! Go to the gym and build more muscle! And take a lot of protein!
Muscle weight more than fat!
Why is gym so important ? It actually made me loose my weight .
Lift weights not run! And don't overwork - if you start to feel muscle pain or weakness - stop immediatly! And take a few days break! Or ELSE - if you keep pushing it may lead to muscle failure and a loss of weight! Getting muscles takes not that much as effort, but mostly the right diet and a lot of time!

Eat a lot of Eggs and eggwhites and drink protein shakes, you probably have a naturally high metabolism so muscle gain will be difficult but not impossible. You just need to lift a little more but let those muscles heal.

You're fine. For your height, you have the ideal weight ! A person's body mass index should be between 20 and 25, and yours is 22, so you're perfect ! Don't worry about it ! :D

I heard that having 1 beer at dinner can help. That's if your of age to drink alcohol.
I am under age in my country to drink , so I can't .

I used to lift 30 kg lol
It was actually in the first couple of days . I feel I could lift at least 40-50 kg . I know its a bit less too , but my biceps are pretty weak . lol
I tried to lift the heavier ones , but my hands started to pain lol .
