I was stuck with the same problem when i began training.
But honestly... the solution is so obvious and blatant.
If you don't gain weight from what you are eating now, then you you gotta eat more. It's as simple as that.
It's also good to learn to eat even if you aren't hungry. Put some extra bites into you even if you feel your stomach is absoluetely full.
Increase the amount of what you are eating at the moment. Monitor your weight. Adjust even more if necessary :) Good Luck

Jokes aside, You just need more calories somehow... And you need to get them in however you can.
Read up on Tom Hardy when he put on 30 pounds to be bane in the dark night rises, apart from meeting his protein requirements and plenty of Low GI carbs ( Brown rice ) He got the extra calories in how he needed with pizza, beer, milk, peanut butter etc... Eat like a horse
Talk to your doctor about it and see what they say.
