You don’t need a fancy diet to lose weight. Carbs are good for energy but when you don’t use that energy it turns to fat. That’s why people eat low carb diets but if you properly train and exercise with the energy from carbs to burn calories PLUS eating less calories than you burn you’ll lose weight easy. It’ll take time and it’s not a linear process but my recommendation is to invest in low calorie alternatives to your regular diet, That way you can eat the same stuff but with way less calories plus exercising (mainly weight training but also cardio) as muscle burns calories far more efficiently, and to stay consistent even if you don’t see results. Also as long as you stick with what I said don’t even look at a scale muscle is more dense than fat so your weight might not drop as much as you’d like but you’d be more muscular and have less body fat which is good.

Join the club. I've had to resort to bariatric surgery this month, even though I eat less daily calories than all my coworkers. And I don't expect any dumbass'es advice on the internet of just "east less, starve yourself" to work either. It actually pisses me off to hear idiots give bad, inaccurate dieting advice when I've went through all the trials and tribulations to prove how they know f*ck-all about weight loss, but they still say the same "CiCo, starve yourself" BS anyway. Low carbs were at least working for you. I did keto and intermittent fasting (the latter being my default "diet" anyway), and I still never lose a pound. I don't even get hungry, and never have

I too struggle with weight but it's very simple. Burn more calories than you bring in.
Run! Like exercise. Initially there will be an increase in weight because of muscle. Focus on fat loss, cardio. If you really want it you'll get it.
