Flooding your body with vitamin E or testosterone could just throw your system out of balance or give bad reactions. I don't think wanting it to grow for a costume is really worth the risks. Hair can only grow so fast, I'm sure you'll have enough in three weeks without? They sell beards too. If you go the supplement rout, make sure to read the labels! :) Best of luck!
I believe vitamin E helps with hair growth, but I'm not 100% sure it would work, I take them as well because they are also great for the skin
testosterone is the main driver of hair growth in men, you can buy a testosterone boosting supplement but unless you have unnaturally low levels it could mess you up and it may not even work like you want it to, I would get tested first if you feel you may be low. Besides, having to shave every day sucks.
The more manly you get, the more the facial hair is growing. So try this kind of "medicine."
btw, it`s an interesting phenomenom that some plants have female hormones, but not one male h.

I think that facial hair has something to do with testosterone. So increase that and you increase your facial hair...I believe.
