It is the intolerance of gluten (it's found in grains like barley,wheat, oats and rye), when someone with this eats gluten it causes the lining of the small intestines to swell decreasing the surface area and stopping the body from absorbing nutrients properly. People that have this can't even eat foods that have been touched by something with gluten in it.
