I was born and raised Wisconsin, we love our cheese. My favorite place to eat would have to be Fat Sandwich on State Street in Madison, WI. They let you put just about whatever you want on a sub sandwich. Mozzarella sticks, chicken, steak, hamburger, corn dogs, bacon, cheeseburger, and a whole lot more. On top of that they add a TON of fries on it to pack it all in. It is SOOOO good. But don't eat there every day, these sandwiches are like 1000 calories each. Besides those, they have the normal burgers, fries, chicken, brats, etc. Just an all around great comfort food place!
Personally I get a sandwich with mozzarella sticks, fries, and chicken wings. Not a huge fan of meat!

My overall favorite restaurant is Spice Ave, in Santa Barbara, CA. I discovered them when I was in college in that city.
Yes...i know I'm advertising for them. :)
It is an Indian restaurant. The ambiance is quaint; there are ~12 tables in the whole restaurant.
The food is ground-breakingly awesome. They also have a buffet on the weekends in the afternoon, which was my favorite spot to go on the weekends. That food is magical for hangovers. The college memories I had going there with 3 of my roommates. :)
My favorite food items are the chicken tikka marsala, saag, daal...all with garlic naan. That is a plate made in heaven.

Red Lobster: Shrimp is my favorite food in the worldd! And their biscuits are like ahhmazing.
Cheddars: You get a ton of food and it's always really really good. Plus they have the best ranch ever...and the waiters are always very good-looking and flirty for some reason...hmm.
Chinese Buffets: Chinese food is super yummy, and I eat A LOT, so I like being able to get seconds...and thirds...lol.
McDonalds, I don't know why. It just tastes really good. I always feel like sh*t after I eat it, but that's okay hahah.
