Losing a couple pounds may reduce the size of your boobs, it really depends on your body. I have naturally large boobs. Losing 20 pounds only reduced my band size by 2 inches, but I went up a cup size.

I am naturally larger though. Some people do find that their boobs do get smaller as they lose weight. It all depends on the person.

It can't hurt to exercise and try to reduce your breast size that way. It won't hurt you and you might find yourself looking better and being healthier. So I would give it a try.

I feel your pain! It sucks sometimes having larger boobs, my biggest issue is with finding jackets and anything fitted up top.

It really depends on YOU and your body. You can't target/know where fat will be lost especially when it comes to curves for women. I would say that its likely they will become smaller the more weight you lose but I wouldn't count on it 100%. I know girls who are DD/or D cup sizes, lost about 20/25 pounds each and still have their boobs for the most part.

tightening the shoulder and back muscles can reduce the appearance of your chest, but realisticly, nothing will actually resize them as breasts are not cells where energy is stored, but if you have a little excess around your middle and chest, then yes, you could see a pleasing reduction to the size, but don't bother with cardio, as this will do nothing to them, use the weights to tone some muscle tissue around your middle, shoulders and hips, the rest will reduce as you progress, good luck,x

Not always I know a girl who lost all the weight on her belly and sides by working out and never lost her boobs which are like tiple Ds lol don't worry though that's really not important.

Most likely. Almost most definitely. Everyone is different in where they lose weight first. I know with me that's the first to go, is my breast weight. You never know til ya try.

It depends on your body type. Personally, my boobs hardly shrink. No matter what I do, they won't go down more than a size. *Sigh*

Do you mean a "couple" of pounds, as in 2? If you lose 2 #s, no. If you lose 10-20, yes.
