I got about two weeks into it before I injured myself and had to stop. It's very intense. It is totally unnecessary however. The real key to it is the diet plan. If you're not following it, you're only hindering your success. And if you follow that diet plan while following most any workout program, you'll see serious results. It's not efficient, but it works.

Ya I did, it's a great workout, def improves your stamina, but I didn't lose a lot of weight. I lost 3 pounds. I didn't take measurments or pictures so I'm not sure about that.
I know people who got great results though, so good luck
I did it for a few weeks. I liked it a lot, but I don't think I am in shape enough to do the exercises correctly so I didn't see much results.
I did it. It was great. You get addicted to it eventually and don't want to stop.

You know a work outs hard when the fitness models in the background have to stop and catch their breath because it's too intense. By around week 3 it's going to be more mental than physical. Knowing how sweaty and tired you're going to be can be intimidating after you become familiar with the work outs.
You're always going to dread plyometric day. Guaranteed. It works like anything that you do consistently. It's useful if your aiming to get lean and tone your muscles. The number one most important thing with working out is to set a workout schedule and routine that you can maintain long term. If you can't build your lifestyle around it you need to start with something that you can.
I actually recently got it. I'm starting tomorrow! Can I add you?
yes I have! I hate sounding pessimistic but that workout is extremely hard, but is really fun once you get use to it. I didn't really loose as much weight as they say, but I did get really ripped. and make sure you don't have back problems, cause I had a herniated disc after the 2nd time I did it
YES! I have already seen results I'm on my first week. I feel really good, its so hard but I'm pushing through. Good luck!
I will tomorrow with my recruiter we'll see how it turns out lol.
I started it... I was doing it with my skydiving instructor. She kicked my a$$... first off I could barely get through it.. THEN - I looked and it was one during the "Rest and Recovery" week.. never again.
I think there's a girl on YouTube who did it , her name is .. Laura must lose weight I think. Hope that helps , I have never done a programme personally, might one day though.
I tried the insanity workout in 1995. It got me hospitalized for a month in a psychiatric hospital.
Never again, friends. This is really a work out to do mostly toning. There is a weight loss part to it, but a lot of it is to get abbs and get toned out.
i start my diet tomorrow. I don't want to look ripped just tone and weight loss. seems kinda extreme for me but good luck to you with it :)
That particular workout is aptly-named, let me tell you.
Yes. Foe my high school swim team for dryland we did insanity it was an amazing workout. And we finished it.
nope never done it! But I hope it works out well for you!
Nope. I made up my own insanity routine and lost over 25 pounds... I just put effort into my plan for the routines.
We do insanity the asylum at my high school everyday, its really fun and works extremely well!
I have heard of it, lots of sweating and movement. Probably suggest it if you are already kind of fit looking to really hit the next level.
