Insanity is pretty good. It's not my personal favorite, but I do pull some of the stuff from it and use that in addition to a little yoga. My boyfriend does all of it.
You're going to need plenty of room to move, a fairly high ceiling, and if you're prone to sweating a lot, you might not want to do it in a carpeted area because the smell will probably linger. Febreze and some air circulation should fix that, though.
The results? I don't know about girls who do it, but I know my boyfriend's body is delicious enough for me to want it for dessert.

I hear many people have good results . I is super intense, I tried the fitness test and that was super hard. :/
I didn't find it as hard as people said they did. I do think you should watch out though, it's very stressful on the knees. I think px90 is far better, especially the kenpo workout.

i can't say how good the results were since I got bored by 3rd week.
Yes it's worth it, I've used it, and it boosted my stamina dramatically.

Insanity workout? you will probably go insane. The truth is any exercise is effective if you just do the exercise and you must enjoy it. So first check it out on YouTube and then decide.
