I will be starting a twice a week yoga routine tomorrow and I am wondering after how long does my body get accustomed to the movements and how long until I start to see an improvement in my flexibility?
It will take several weeks for you to get used to bending in new ways and maybe monthws before you notice more flexibility. But you'll FEEL better, right away. I do it to loosen up if I've been doing a lot of running.

Yeah, I didn't like it at first either, but then I discovered the kind with the fruit in the bottom and now I eat yoga at least once a day.

You will fairly quickly with all that rest time in between.
I started getting used to it and noticed some flexibility improvement in just the first few times. So it should be similar for you :)
