You feel like sh*t because of your puke attempt. That's not a normal function and puts a enormous amount of stress on your body. At your age you shouldn't be focused on eating less, you should be focused on eating well and getting a lot of exercise while growing. You won't gain a pound, nor should you starve yourself if you don't want to gain that pound. Starving yourself puts your body into survival mode and will hang on to all your belly fat. Instead of expelling what your body doesn't use, it will store -every little bit- of what you don't use as fat. Don't give yourself mental problems by completely obliterating some fatty foods you love. It's perfectly fine to indulge once in a while.

could be sick because your depriving your body of something it needs. you need to eat cals to lose cals. doing cardio in the morning is the best way to go about losing weight because it fires up your metabolism for the rest of the day so your body keeps burning cals even after your done your cardio. don't eat before doing cardio in the morning cause you'll feel bloated but try and drink a few cups of water so your muscles don't seize up. so by not eating your body will use those fat stores for energy instead of the food in your belly. be sure to eat something afterward though, like oatmeal with some fruit in it or something.
I would think a funnel cake because they just sit frying in all of that oil & absorb more oil than a doughnut. Than sugar, sugar, sugar. Doughnut do too, but not quite as much. Either way, neither are good for you.
Go ahead & find your splurge each week, maybe a couple times a week. Like 1, yes, one bite of dark chocolate. Satisfying, not bad for you, and not a terrible cheat.
Any time you fall off the wagon, just say Ooops! And climb back on.
I think how they are prepared are the least of your worries. Both of them are things you should stay away from if you want to lose weight and be healthy. The best way to combat it is to exercise it off. Worrying about it can cause your body to gain weight from stress. Just exercise a little more to work those calories off and take it as a lesson learned. You'll be okay.

Don't beat yourself up, just get back on it tomorrow :).
You don't have to compensate for what you ate, just eat your normal calorie restricted diet.
I do suggest eating more calories though. If your BMR is 1500, then you want to eat at least 1500 calories per day.Doughnuts are the worst diet wrecker because of the huge saturated fat content. No, don't starve yourself; punishment isn't an incentive for people.
Instead, when you have lost weight during a week, treat yourself to ONE small indulgence not part of your diet, as a reward. But, God forbid, NO doughnuts, ever.You can't change what you ate yesterday.
Let the past go, focus on the present and the future will take care of itself.resist girl, resist, you can do it! look at pics of toned abs and hip bones, you can do it!
Go work out. One bad day can be bested by two great days.
