I don't think it can be done, and certainly not without putting your body through a lot of discomfort. Just eat healthily and go for a run morning and night and drink water. Eat lots of fiber first day and it may help clear out some weight, then drink water to flush body, on the second day slow down the water intake so you don't get a water belly type thing. Even with that don't know how much you would loose tho :S

You can lose about 2-3 pounds "safely" in a week(if you really apply yourself, nutrition and exercise).
But that is about it. But 5 pounds in two days?

maybe water weight,but I still doubt it,you'd have to go on a VS angel level fast-just accept the fact that-it's not going to happen.

On the scale, sure. But it's water weight.
You want to look better, you need to lose fat.
You want to lose 5 lbs of fat in 2 days? need to burn 17500 more calories then you consume.
I'm gonna say no.Not happening. There are ways of dropping 5 lbs in water weight in that time frame but because it isn't actual fat loss its only temporary and won't reflect on the way you look.
hmmm. you could take an absolute massive dump. if its big enough you can lose 10-20 pounds in like 20 minutes
