After throwing up 10 times, your body is looking for something to expel from it's contents. This usually include stomach acid which may have caused some erosion in your esophagus and that would explain the blood. It shouldn't be much blood though. If there is a lot, you should consider going to the hospital.
You have a bleeding ulcer--likely from a poor diet and drinking.
You need to stop drinking, you need to improve your diet drastically, and you need to see a doctor pronto.
Ulcers are holes in the stomach, and they get worse if left untreated.

Simple tear in the mucosal lining in the stomach called a Mallory Weiss tear as it will heal otherwise if blood persists then see your primary care okay friend.
Your blood/alcohol level was too high and your liver was struggling to keep up with detoxifying the intake of alcohol. Next time, don't drink as much.
