also what do you call it? cola soda pop etc
How much coke/cola/soda do you drink?
also what do you call it? cola soda pop etc
I drink it only about twice a year.I read somewhere that the amount of sugar in a can of soft drinks is 10 times that in a cup of coffee/tea.
And I recall the incident in my secondary school when I was buying a cup of soft drink from our school's vending machine. The machine dispensed a paper cup after I inserted the coins. There were always 2 streams of liquids that went into the cup,one from the left and one from the right of the dispenser. The left side always dispensed syrup and the right side always dispensed fizzy water to mix with the syrup so that I could get a soft drink. But it happened that day that the vending machine ran out of fizzy water and all I got was a half cup of syrup.
Just imagine! :(
That's why from that day onwards,I hardly take soft drinks.
not a huge soda fan, I used to love it as a kid but growing up I found it too sweet and also too gas-y, like it bloats me up and makes me burp and yea don't need the carbon lol. I only have it if its given to me like at a party or something or with pizza if my family orders but other than that I don't buy it.
i love coffee and tea though, I stick to one cup of coffee a day, and like 2 cups green tea
i love vitamin water though! or fruit flavored waters, like hint, or sobe, or just iced tea, not a huge fructose corn syrup juice fan either...
I recently gave up Coke/Pepsi. I'm now drinking Zero Caffeine Diet Pepsi - no sugar, no caffeine. My main concern was my sugar intake back when I was drinking multiple cans of Coca Cola every day. It was actually disgusting to know how much sugar I was consuming. I've had headaches and whatnot, but it's getting better now. I still have the odd one, but I seem to be doing okay with the major decrease in consumption.
Now, the diet stuff isn't exactly a 'healthy' alternative, but it is probably 'healthier'.
I drink black coffee almost every day, but rarely drink soda.
Coca-Cola recently came out with Coca-Cola Life (sweetened with cane sugar/stevia extract instead of high fructose corn syrup) and I dig that, but don't it much.
I don't like soda for these reasons:

If it's caffeine you're looking for, I would highly recommend switching to coffee or making your own caffeinated beverages somehow (get a SodaStream and control all the ingredients?)
Just suggestions.
and I dig that, but don't drink it much.*

Once in a blue moon but its not recommended to drink a lot of coke or soda or gassy carbonated drink... Once in a blue moon its ok to try some poisons ( i meant carbonated drink, they aren't that healthy right) to be immune to it but dont over do it man... I'm just saying...
None, I drink no soda or beer. Since my daughter got braces in January, I've sworn off soda. I decided to give up beer just to see if I was missing anything. So far, I'm not.
The vitamin waters and most sweet drinks have the same amount of sugar as soda.
I stick with pure juice, not from concentrate, where the only ingredient is the juice from squeezed fruit, and maybe some added vitamins.
Soda is poison, medically speaking. The sugar inside cannot be processed by anywhere other than the liver, and it is typically directly converted into fat. If you cut out any soda, you take a step in losing weight and toning your body.
That being said, I love soda and won't stop drinking it. I guess those couple extra pounds will be here to stay.
all I ever really drink is water now, when I'm eating and when I'm not of course lol. I drink soda rarely, like once every few months. I used to drink a lot though when I was younger. I can't drink caffeinated sodas anymore anyway, so all I ever do drink is sprite, whenever I do have soda.
None. I drink water, a glass of milk if the meal is low calorie enough where it's acceptable, or an iced tea once every blue moon. I get no caffeine intake at all minus the rare iced tea which I believe has some I think. I'm saving the caffeine for one day when I'm going to need that sort of thing haha
right now, I'm on a detox, so none...
but usually.. 1-2 coffee's in the morning..
a DPM with lunch.. 50% another DPM with dinner...
on nights I'm not drinking booze, another DPM or 2 at night...
*DPM = Diet Pepsi Max
Pops not really my go-to. I get a nice root beer now and then (ya know, in the glass bottle and all)? Or if its the only option at a party or such event, I'll drink one. I likely have a can or so about once a week.
Im not a soda drinker at all. I might have a coke once every few months. I do drink tonic water with my gin, but the biggest liquid I consume is definitely coffee. I try not to drink anything that has sugar premixed into it.
I drink those stuffs rarely. May be couple of tyms a year. Not more thn 500 ml in total anyway.
I don't drink alcoholic beverages.
I love milk though, cow milk preferred. 1.5 liters a day.
I also love fresh coconut water.
I drink a cup of coffee almost every morning but other than that I drink a soda maybe 2-3 a week. I wouldn't worry about the caffiene, if you are really concerned it is too much for health reasons talk with your doctor.
I stopped drinking about half year ago, and trying to avoid refined sugars as much as possible. One thing also made me say: NO! to soda.A girl I know damaged her liver and ended in a hospital, because of drinking too much coke.
I drink. Milk
Whole milk
Pausturized milk
%2 milk
Not Skim Milk
Cow milk Not goat milk
Soy milk is a no no
I personally don't like colas that much. I prefer root bear and fruit sodas. Basically all the little kid ones
Used to be like 2/3 cans a day up until about a year ago. Now I've managed to cut it down to about 3/4 cans a week. It's an occasional treat now, instead of a daily crutch.
I drink more pop than I should. I'm not affected by caffeine, but the sugar withdrawals can be a bit tough. I think 2 months is the longest I've ever gone without at least 1 pop.
I don't drink soda often, maybe a couple times a month, but I do drink 2 cups of coffee a day. I used to drink soda a couple times a week at my old job.
None, only drink it if its the only thing available...been like this for the past 7 years, I just can't stand carbonated drinks they don't taste all that great and hurt my belly.
I used to start my day with a coke, then drink it whenever I felt hungry or wanted to feel more confident/hyperactive which actually made me more attractive. Also, I probably lost a stone in weight drinking it to that extent as well as spending £3-4 every couple of days on it.
i call it soft drink, because if you drink it your soft ha ha, yeah but that is what we call it and 2 to 3 a day is quite a bit, don't you unhealthy afterwards?
I'll drink pop every now and then. Like once every two months.
I stick to drinking water mainly which is 2 to 4 liters of water.
I don't like tea, and I never drink coffee.
A few cans a year. Usually I only drink soda at gatherings like parties, bbqs, friend or relative's house etc. I'm not a big fan but I will drink it on those occasions for some reason.
