Lower your calorie intake. You need to burn more calories in a day than you consume, to lose weight. You may be on a plateau too, sometimes we hit a weight and our body likes it right there. If that's the case you'll have to up your workouts and cut calories. I'd try just the calorie cut first though, while maintaining your current workout regimen.
Actually eating more often is better, AS LONG AS it is healthy and in small amounts. Second, when you work out, you are gaining muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat, so it is not a bad thing that you are not losing weight:)
Eating well is not the issue.
You need to eat less.
If you eat more calories than you burn, you cannot lose weight.
You should not eat a lot of junk food. Protein diet under medical supervision does not need to ..

I just want to say THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL OR DIET that you can use . the way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat
I suggest trying the master cleanse and use the 30 day shred ( workout disc)
It is easier than you think to lose weight and I'm not just saying this I used to be HUGE because my metabolism is very slow then I started exercising and eating less (but still a healthy amount) and now I'm sort of thin
