I have a workout machine in my basement. I workout for about 30 minutes everyday. I do pull-downs, pull-ups, bicep curls, bench press, and squats. Sometimes add pushups. I started about 2 months ago, and I love it. I can feel it making a difference. I have more energy, I feel like being more active, and just feel more alive. I can also see my body getting in better shape. I used to be kinda thin.

I normally work out 4 times a week. If I miss a day I feel all discombobulated, haha. I do miss days though if something important comes up but normally I get 4 days in a week. If I stop and sit down after work though I lose motivation so I can't do that, have to go right after work with no breaks!
5 times a week - I swim 3 times and I run twice. When I swim, it takes me about 45 minutes to swim 80 x 25 m laps. When I run, the distance varies throughout the week. I usually have a long run (12 km, trying to increase my speed or increase the distance each week) on Saturday afternoon and one or two shorter runs (6-9 kms, the shortest run always with steep hills).
I don't hahaha. Luckily my weight is controlled by my stomach which gets nauseous often and gets full very fast.

In the summer and spring when it gets warmer I am more active. Right now I haven't worked out for months. I run around and lift at work so that's enough for me

Not as much as I should be. I should be exercising everyday like I did back when I was 19 and in phenomenal shape.

3-4 times a week, depending on how my days turn out. Never less than 3, sometimes I'll go in the 4th or 5th time a week because I feel like it.
