Is my work schedule hard to fill?

I have no confidence and always think I will get fired. People have told me its very hard to replace someone who works my hours. Do you think this is true?

Tuesday to Thursday 430 to 12am

Saturday 6pm to 6 am

Sunday 6 pm to 7 am.

I also fill in when there is sick/vacation days taken. Of course I make mistakes but I'm a team player and I always help out when I can. I'm nice to the customers and work as hard as I can. I am always proactive in correcting my mistakes

You can't listen to "people".They are likely trying make you feel better.The truth is,you can always find someone to replace another in the job market...doesn't really matter the hours unless you live in a rural town.With that said,if you are always thinking you will get fired...YOU WILL GET FIRED.That's the energy you are putting out,so it will happen.But if you start thinking you are sucessful and a good worker,and will even get a raise eventually...then yes.That will come to pass to.Negative thinking makes the situation negative.Positive makes it positive.Good luck.
