What is a good brand for teeth whitening and do they actually work?

I was thinking of buying some at a drugstore, but I've never used them before and really have no knowledge about how effective they are. My teeth have always been mildly yellow, and until I'm able to go the dentist, I was thinking about trying something that's a little bit more convenient for me in the mean time. Any suggestions?

Oh, and something that's reasonably priced, I heard crest whitening strips are around $50. Are there any that's a little more cheaper? If not, I guess I have to invest a bit

I used various whitening strips including crest. While they do definitely work they also made me teeth incredibly sensitive an issue I never had before.

Rubbing salt onto your teeth also works. Take a cup stained with tea or coffee and put a tiny amount of water into it and then salt, rub it into the cup and see the result

Try getting Hydrogen Peroxide 3% solution at the drugstore.

Rinse your mouth and brush with it before going to bed and after

waking up

Oh, didn't think of that. I've heard that works relatively well. Do I need to dilute the peroxide first though?

What I normally do is: add 1/3 of HP in a cup with 2 /3s of (bottled water)
