To Bulk or to Cut? 6ft 1, 200lbs offensive linemen?

Really need advicee on what to do. Im a junior in highschool 6ft 1, 200lbs I play Left guard on the football team. And recently I lost a lot of weight 40+ lbs about 4 months ago. And well now I need advice on weather to bulk up because I seem to be smaller then most of my teamates now and its spring ball time , or cut to reduce my body fat percentage. See I wanna like bulk up/get stronger without getting fat, or cut and get stronger at the same time which I have no clue how to do or if thats even possible, I wanna get stronger and lose body fat percentage without getting fat or whats your best advice? On my situation? Im also an endomorph so its hard for me to lose weight , and pretty good to gaining muscle
