What I'm doing currently is adding more greens and fruit to my meals. Just so I get my vitamins and whatever.
I cut chips and chocolate as snacks. I don't really have much to snack on.
cardio to burn the fat, and do body weight workouts more than weighted workouts. Like tricep push-up/dips, lunges, etc .
(There's a lot of workouts to help you get cut, but I can only recommend doing a workout program like insanity or t25)

For junior high Id say you are pretty average for guard. But bulk if you planning to continue it in college too

You need to bulk. Your an offensive linemen.
You can gain a lot of muscle along with bulk (fat) just stick to heavy compound lifts (if your not already) focus on upping your power cleans, deadlifts, squats, bench press and military press.Your small for a lineman I'd bulk if you were a receiver I'd cut... also depends on your bodyfat but its hard to bulk and stay lean at same time unless your "on".
By the picture, bulk. Then cut.
