Like butt, abs, legs, squats, jumping jacks, walk to run?
Ummm... I just exercise everyday no problem. I enjoy it. It's not a challenge. I do have a schedule but I don't take it as a challenge.
You shouldn't either. Do it for your own good and enjoy it. Don't treat it like a challenge or a job.
