Have anyone tried the 30 day squat challenge and what are the results, can you see any difference? If not, is there any other good exercise to tone your butt?
You stop seeing any kind of real results after the first week or so because once it gets to the point where you can consistently perform 20-30 reps without fatiguing yourself the exercise loses effectiveness except as a purely cardio exercise. Ideally you should add weight rather than reps, so that you can never perform more than 10-12 reps at a time.

The 30 Day Squat Challenge is stupid
You need recovery days in order to see results. You only risk hurting yourself and wasting your time.
You're better off doing some weighted squats and hip bridges/thrusts
I've done it. Only got stronger. I was pretty toned to begin with so it's not like I got much more.
