Thanks.
How would you feel if someone of the opposite gender calls you an enigma?
Thanks.
I would think it means she is expecting me to act conventionally, or what is socially common place. To some girls who have been cheated on a lot, being faithful will make you an enigma; this is an example of what is 'socially common place' contextualized to just specific people.
If called that I think it means I don't fit in or act in ways she expects, but probably do in others.
How would I feel about it? While granted as a human being I have feelings, I try not to over-use them :) I don't think I would feel anything at all. I would just know that we have quite a bridge to cross.
Thanks for MH. by the way, at least as far as I read it, kind of an interesting discussion over here - www.girlsaskguys.com/.../q1292363-is-the-demise-of-guys-upon-us-are-we-in-decline

Not the first time I'd be called that - for any normal 'girl' I AM an enigma (incl my gf lol) though I am brutally frank, open and honest with my words :-D
THIS AGAIN is a matter of perception, while this is mine; that is theirs ;-)
i would actually LOVE that. i enjoy being called anything along those lines because it means he truly took the time to discover that.
I am indeed contradictory at times, sometimes I find it hard to explain certain decisions or reasoning

i'd tell her that the word "enigma" sound really unattractive
@Resoglass What did you mean? :)
@Resoglass Oh, I see :D
I'd take it as a compliment, but only because if I was to call a girl an enigma, I would use it as a compliment.
To be honest I'll be honoured by hearing such compliment, seriously.
It wouldn't bother me.
I'd ask them what an enigma is.
I'd give them a cookie for being right
